Leaf spring removal

I need to remove my leaf springs and can't figure out what I need to do. I talked with the guys at vintage power wagon and they said I need a special spring pin puller, but didn't know were I could get one. I have tried searching the internet, but no luck. Anyone have any ideas, or if I just cut them out ( and the shackle) were can I get new shackles and bushings? Thanks for the help.
