carryall titled as a 48PW

Looking to purchase a carryall that is local and in fair condition. Only catch is that it is titled as a 48PW. It has been owned twice in my area going back 8 years.

None of the numbers come back as stolen.

I know a lot of the old trucks were titled funny. There is some welding along the cab front, but it looks like it could be factory as opposed to a PW cab front being welded on.
