turn distributor until points open, then manually ground and break ground of point wire with screwdriver. Should be good spark then; if so, implies points still contaminated / oxidized. I polish with fine stone. Should be zero ohms with ohmmeter. If screwdriver still gives bad spark, then implies condenser or coil etc. Place end of center distributor wire (coil) about eighth inch from block, big blue spark should jump this gap.

I have rarely had a bad condensor, but like other guy said, sometimes it all has to be bought. For me, a cheap tight guy, I've been using All the same ignition parts in my '67 Toyota since about the seventies! Starts right up.
