I'm new to these trucks, too. I just acquired this '84 W350 crewcab. I need to find a place to buy new rubber for the vent windows, and new or used door panels.

My truck has been converted to a Cummins drivetrain. I have the NP435 and married NP205 that was originally in this truck. I have the crossmember, and I have some of the original driveshafts. The lengths are bound to be different, but in case you need the yolk for the 205, I should have everything you need. I've been advertising this whole setup for $500. The 435 has dual PTO windows, so you can probably keep the t-case and get your money back out of the transmission or use it for a V-8 conversion on a real Power Wagon.

The PTOs for the 420, 435, 540 require different drive gears. Jonas has a NP435 PTO with hydraulic motor and winch setup for sale.
