If we schedule it, they will come.

If we are the only ones to show up, it would still be fun, so let's do it. I thought it was great that Bruce dropped in last year and Judd came down this year. Butch and Jason came down for the Willys reunion and seemed tempted to come back to run trails in their Dodges. As word gets out about how much fun it is, a few more people might show up. I starterd writing a PWA article on Potawatomi yesterday. I'll share it with you before it goes to Gordon.

There is a pretty active WWII reenactment group in central Missouri. Maybe I can interest them in bringing their trucks out. They'll have to call it a field exercise and not a trail ride. They have a convoy in May that draws a lot of vehicles.

I like the idea of having it in the fall, and I like the idea of inviting all vintage four-wheel-drives-say everything older than 1970. Wouldn't it be cool to see old Dodges, Willys, Kaisers, Land Rovers, Land Cruisers, Napco trucks, GM army trucks, and Internationals all out in the woods together? Is there a vintage, multi-make event like this? We could be the first.
