There is a hole in the frame for the tail pipe hanger on all of my trucks. I don't know why your truck is missing it. I could get you a photo or some dimensions. It would be this weekend before I can do it as I am off to Louisiana in the morning. I will be in New Orleans & Thibodaux. Have a project in Crowley next year some time.
