A W100 TW works under the same basic guidlines as the standard W100 pickups.
That group of 1966 TWs was a SPECIAL special order, I have seen a few of them, some are 4.88, some are 4.10, and they have options that I have never seen on any other W100.
I think the Government made it known what was needed, and Dodge sent SEG to get it done.
That is just my guess, as I agree, I have never seen it listed as an option. Just one of the weird things Dodge will do if you order enough trucks, or toss enough cash their way!
