That image is from a 1966 W100 Power Wagon Town Wagon I inspected for a guy back in 2000. The truck was a former Dept of the Interior truck from CO, being driven by a young kid in WI.
It was a neat truck, Big knuckle Dana 44, 1 ton style yokes, 3/4 ton springs, factory winch, NP435, A series V8, extra equipment turn signals, etc, etc, all stock!
The guy I was doing the inspection for bought the truck, so he may be able to answer for you.
