You can get an Auto X-Ray from Advance Auto Parts that works good, about $300. I bought one in 97 and upgraded it about 2 years ago. It has saved me a lot of time. The O2 sensor code doesn't necessarily mean its bad. It may be telling you the fuel mixture is wrong due to something else. The O2 sensor has to get to normal operating temperature before it works. If the light comes on when the engine is still cold you probably have something else causing the problem. It could be as simple as a bad connection. I've had more problems with the coolant temperature sensor causing wrong fuel mixture than anything else.
