I have a '67 W200 that I installed an '84 Dana 60 HD in. You need to be concerned about a matching pinion yoke and the parking brake cables mainly. YOu might have some issues with brake lines but that is easily overcome. In my case I had already planned on using new drivelines with 1410 u-joints and was able to switch out the yoke for the proper one. The parking brake cables only needed very minor modification and have worked well for nearly 5 years now.
