As far as engine oil is concerned if the engine has never been overhauled, then stick with a non-detergent oil. In climatates of 50 Degrees and above SAE 30 is good, in Colder climates, SAE 20 or 20W20 is good, Actually, 20 weight is sufficent in climates up to 80 degrees from what I have seen.

As for the other Lubricants, modern day grease like you buy in any auto parts store, should be more than sufficent. Try and stay away from any fiberous type grease for tie rod ends etc, as its not good for them. Good luck!
