IMHO, in Pennsylvania USA, you would get around $2500-3000 for the truck. Tires? I don't know but the WW2 rims bring ~$50 each - unless seperated and they look good. (It is a painful to seperate one of those rims to find it is too rusty to re-use). The bed looked ok from the one pic. The beds are the hardest to get. The bed and winch would be the big attrations for buyers. BTW:Front sheetmetal is not too pricey and very common. Good luck:)
