This is like one of those suspense movies where the guy has to defuse a bomb and the other guy on the walky talky says,"cut the blue wire ,no wait I mean the red wire."
But I do appreciate the help greatly. My book says momentarily jump the field terminal to the battery terminal when polarizing an "A" circuit generator. It then says that most General Motors products are "A" circut charging systems and most Fords are "B" circuit. There is no mention of Dodge. Stupid book!!
