After I posted that to you before, I figured that is what the "T" most likely was.
For some reason Dodge chose to make the 1 look like an I, though it is not clear why.
I do not think Dodge ever used an I in the engine number, just the I looking 1s.
It does not mean anything, all that part of the number tells you is when in the sequence it was made.
