I am running a stock Chrysler PS Pump, driving my power steering and also MU-2 winch. Should be no difference running PS and a plow cylinders. Mile Marker Winches use the stock PS pump to also drive their winches.

I would be very careful in changing a Power steering pump for one with larger volume with the intent to drive PS and Plow Cylinders. I believe you will end up with to much assist on the PS, and if you try to throttle it back your pump will be operating in relief. If you must use a larger Pump to sypply PS and Plow cylinders, You may want to look at adding a variable priority flow diverter in the circuit so yyou can regulate the PS to a normal flow and still have power on the cylinders.
