Change to synchro trans

I have a buyer for my PW but he would like me to change trans to synchro. My trans is fine but if I want to make a sale I must please the buyer. What would it that to do this? I also need a right sun viser, a 6 volt wiper motor and a orginal front bumper. Can anyone help?
