Tell me more about how the carbureted flatheads do at Moab. Do they start to run bad on the steep inclines? How steep? And how do you mitigate it? Does it help to keep the RPMs up?

My Carryall was running out of fuel on steep climbs, but I was hoping it was due to not having a heat shield on the fuel pump and the heat damper stuck shut in the exhaust manifold. I’d hate to put electronics on it just to get up a hill.
