I bought an old bubble balancer that I thought would work on Power Wagon wheels. It had a big adjustable adapter on it for large wheels. The problem is the wheels have to be 18" or larger to fit on the adapter. It might work for your 20" wheels.

The real problem may be that I just don't know how to use it. I'll have to post some photos of it, so you can see what I'm talking about. If I can't use it I need to get it out of my garage.
