I'm terribly sorry to hear of your loss of a good friend. Easy to see there was a lot of love and mutual respect there. I too will be praying for you and the young man's family.
But on the brighter side, I've never seen young kids yet that couldn't use another loving 'grandpa' or 'uncle' or just a very caring friend! It's not easy to be a kid nowadays and I'm sure your have so much to share.
