Come on Matt,
You're better than that. Ed is known to a lot of folks here that would disagree with your assessment. I don't know what happened between you two, but it is easier to post here with one side of a disagreement than it is to work at making a deal work.
If you two had been degotiating here in public it might be appropriate to post what you posted, but since it was a private deal that no one knew about, it is very unfair to post here and slam someone.
If you are frustrated because he was wanting you to make the first offer, well that's part of making the deal.
I've heard a few things about your dealings, both good and bad, but I would never make it public here.
