Per manufacturer's instructions the MICO unit should be bled first has it is a cylinder that is generally mounted higher than the wheel cylinders, (This holds true for power boosters on the frame too) Thus the MICO when mounted properly, will have it's bleeder screw on the top of the housing, thus, you omit the air here first, then go to the power booster and bleed the input bleeder first then the output second, then go and do a normal bleed from the farthest cylinder on back. Some power boosters only have one bleeder so you still do this one first before the wheels. Otherwise you can get air locked in the MICO or the booster and will have a spongy or non existant pedal. This holds true on trucks with a booster and NO MICO also.
