w300fenders fit on w200?

trying to fit bigger tires on a 1968w200, will the w300 fenders fit or how much would it take to get the bigger tire opening, I do not want to cut the fenders on the outside, what year w200 and w300 will interchange & parts needed to swap them out? Thanks
