They seem to build up a little snow then let it go. They have a decent peak to the "roof" and it seems to shed reasonably well. I had 6 to 8" of wet snow on it one time and I went inside it with a broom and touched the top and the snow came right off. I also had several 4"+ diameter by 12' snow laden branches land on the roof and the fabric was not even dammaged. I did put a small rip in it when removing them. A small 1" nub from a branch caught as I was trying to lift the branch off. The frame seems to be strong enough.

They originally had one with a peaked roof then went to one with a quanset hut shape but it was both lower and wider but had a better frame. People complained and they went back to the original which is much better due to its height and it has vertical sides which allows you to put in a wider and taller vehicle. I have seen 20+ of them bungee corded together to make a covered walkway from a building to a parking garage. They only negative about it is that they lower part of the legs are not tied together with horizontal frame members. However the legs are designed to be spiked into the ground. The one that they had for a short time had the legs tied together and was actually a better frame.

The bottom line. For $159 you can not beat it.
