2 easy ways to get 12 volts in your truck. First is to tap off the + terminal on the grounded battery. Second is to use a 24 to 12 volt converter. First method is easiest but causes inbalance in battery loading and charging and in the long run uses up the batteries at differnt rates. Second method is by far a better way to do it. JC Whitney used to sell 25 amp and 10 amp converters.
