In an M-37, the speedometer guage glass is actually plastic. Like a idiot I was putting paint stripper on a the other guages, and it worked fine on the glass. It totally screwed up the plastic. I then diligently sat down and sanded and wet sanded the plastic, and buffed it back to its original brilliance. Now that guage looks better than any of the others. Tom
