Back in 2000, the ad's and can said FAA approved for aircraft. Just looked at the website. Now the only mention of aircraft is
"IT IS STILL THE LARGEST SELLING SEALER AND IS THE ONLY SEALER USED IN AIRCRAFT. DOESN’T THAT TELL YOU SOMETHING?"

However, I agree with you, I can believe a sealer would be allowed on a leaky tank in aircraft.
