I had a 96 1/2 ton with a 5.9 and put 200,000 miles on it with no engine problems. I had to rebuild the transmission at 95,000 mile. But if you have the HD trans it should do a lot better, it will be the weekest point for towing big loads. I also had to replace the catalytic converter every 90,000 miles.

I wanted to find another bigger Dodge but got a good deal on a crew cab F350, and it is working just fine.
