That may all be true. Back then the other companys may have had better or different marketing approachs. Advertisement. Other companys may have had better locations for selling so on and so forth. People have always looked for a bargain or a generic model. The premium vehicle was sold in small #'s. Location in the country probably had a lot to do with it too.

As for doors falling off the PW and not the Willys.........was the Willys ever used as hard and in such a diverse set of conditions as the Power Wagon?

But in the end who is King? In the end who is on top of the pile?!
