I think the cap is all the way down. I re-used the original lock pin holes.
I am beginning to think this could be the problem though. Perhaps my case is just bigger than the average case, and it is letting the drivers move to far?
Richmond gear does not know the allowable dimension, so we have to figure it out.
I've got a two diffs laying here I intend to take apart to measure. If anyone has their cases open, please take some measurements for me.
