The 41 means 4.10 so start looking for a 4.10 Dana 60.

If you are anywhere near WI I am sure I could get one in a couple days with the right gears in it.

If you did not damage the shiney tube that had the threads on the end for the nuts, please describe your problem again, and I will try and picture the parts better.
I attached an image of a Dana/Spicer 44 front axle in pieces from the parts book, it is the best I could come up with on sort notice.

If you can ID the part that your axle is having trouble with from this picture, that would be great.
