The Lawyer got ahold of me today. He is sending a letter stating the Power Wagon has to be picked up within 30 day with all storage fees paid or it is sold at Sheriffs Auction. It is completly legal for me to do this and I can bid on the truck any thing extra out of the sale other then my storage/lawyer fee's will be sent to him by the Sheriff or they will keep it if he does not respond to them wanting to pay him. So I guess it will come to a end in little over 30 days one way or another. Mark H.
