Emergency brake handle placement

Does anyone have a picture or sketch of the correct mounting of the emergency brake handle and single speed transfer case handle mount. Mine has been apart for years and none of my books show the correct assembly of a 4x4 model. I was tring to put the puzzle together for 3 hours before I gave up for the day.
