The NP435 commonly does not have a pto hole on the drivers side. It is usually on the passenger side. There are apparantlly some outthere with a left hand hole, but they are like looking for the Holy Grail. We did a 53 M37 with a 360 and NP435 and we do have problems with cooling. Tom
