The M43 ambulance variant of the M 37 was produced about that time, but they chose an early WW 2 1/2 ton for the credits of the series.
Like to see an M43 catch a 1/2 ton WC on a good day, must be a ton difference between my 1/2 ton WC 36 Carryall and my 3/4 ton WC 53 carryall.
