It's a 1941 1/2 ton, used to reflect the out-of-date equipment that was used (basically whatever was available)
Technically it would have been either a WC-9, a WC-18, or a WC-27.
Shouldn't think a barn refugee would set you back more than USD 1500 or 2000 for something that was just barely in running order.
