All the 1/2 tons I've seen have square gauges, my 3/4 tons have round ones. Never seen a 1/2 ton with round gauges, even the very late ones, but they might exist. Seen some canadian closed cab D 15s too, they had the square guages and were the same as the US ones except for the steering and guage placement plus canadian engine.
All my Dodges are LHD, and the T112 carryall has the centre-wind screen - it is bascially the civilian truck with OD paint.
That's all I can think of, I'll repeat my advice of 'keep it if it's neat, pull them out and fit a VPW set if they are hacked about, but save the gauges for someone with a later truck'
