I'm going to check with a local metal fabricator and see about having a new tank made for my '52 B-3-PW. I plan on seeing what it will run me to have it made about 16 inches longer for more fuel capacity.
I have no idea what the final cost will be but if it's reasonable, would anybody else like one made? I figure if several are made, the unit cost will be lower as the metal jigs won't have to keep being reset. I should know before the end of next week.
If anybody is interested, go ahead and E-mail me so I can give the welder an idea of how many might be made.
