I found reference to 1-20 thread size in a tightening reference for Dodge transmissions & Transfer cases.
NP540 541 flange nut 1-20 125 ft/lbs.
Transfer case input shaft & output shafts 1-20 300-400 ft/lbs
Only thing close on a 435 was flange nut 7/8-16
