I would not reccomend sending for one of titles out of the magazines, they are not LEGAL, my friend sent to one of those places, they take all your information off your tags make an out of state title with those numbers and send it back. Then you take that title and your car to a dealer and they verify the nubers match and give you a certificate for a title in your state and you think everything is fine, until a year later when the sherrif shows up with a rollback to take your STOLEN car and you go to court. I know this for a fact. It seems that once those serial numbers hit the computer it showed 2 cars. Go to the court house, they should have a record of that truck somewhere if they want to look. The old ways of getting around titles don`t work in these modern computer times, an old PW is not worth going to jail over. I know this isn`t the answer you wanted but I hope it keeps you out of trouble.
