...cost about $1500 in materials alone. They are super heavy duty. We use mobile home axles. You could haul bulldozers if you wanted. If you're referring to the little U-Haul style, nobody here wants them except to haul dune buggys on.
Anyway, I see super heavy duty ones like the above for cheap when someone gets hard up. And what with Oregon being a depression state in the rural areas, someone is always hard up. In fact, a buddy just bought one heavy enough to move his halftrack on for $900.
