bed rail question

Are the bed rails and rear fender support brackets the same for all series of beds or are there differences. I have a 2nd series parts truck that used to have a 1st series bed. Not sure if the bed rails and fender bracket came with the truck or were part of the 1st series bed when it was installed. I would like to put them on my C1 that will someday get a second series bed if they are correct, TIA
