I disconnected the drag arm and steering arm.. All of that is out of the equation.

Its almost as if there is something inside of the housing preventing it from turning fully to the left. What that is, I don't know..

I cant see anything at all touching or making any contact on the outside, like interference with a bolt or nut or shock mount or anything at all. But I will look once again...

I am at a loss... My intuition tells me I got a bad (read "bent") housing somewhere not allowing full turning. Just a hunch, but its all I an see at this point.

Now, I did a "rough" front end alignment, measuring the front tire toe in compared to the rear of the tires, and I think I got it pretty close. Enough to drive it anyway.. Visually it looks good. Now, could this make THAT huge a difference in turning, should I not have adjusted the tie rod properly?

I cant see how.. But maybe one of you know better.

I think the reason I am so perplexed here as that the difference from the right turning amount as opposed to how far it turned to the left is SO drastic. So drastic, in fact, that if something were really bent, wounldnt
it be very obviuos visually?

I mean, I bet that the right trun goes well past the 28 specified degrees, and the turn to the left is about half of that. Pretty big difference. If the housing were bent, wouldnt this be REALLY obviuos given this situation?

Could it be the axle shaft INSIDE the housing making it stop?

Well, I guess now its disassembly time :(

AHHHHHHHH!
