We only have discs (front and rear) for the earlier 58-68 6 lug W300. We have not been able to find a rotor that will work with the offset on the later trucks. Also there is barely enough room with a 16" rim, with a 15" there isn't room for the caliper and rotor. You might try installing a pinnion brake.
