If M-37 is tha same vacuum wipers as Power Wagon (and I dont know this to be true) then you can get the repair kits from Mac's Auto Parts Lockport (buffalo) NY. The web site is www.macsautoparts.com Mac's is a antique Ford Parts house.

Tam ordered the wiper repair kit for her Model A, we received Dodge Parts which worked/fit fine. I also rebuilt my son's wipers with another kit. Use caution when you rivit the new paddle on the shaft, it could deform easy. Tell them you need a wiper repair kit for a 1928-1940 Ford. The picture is what we received.
