Front Brake Lines Question

Hey Guys, I'm getting close to having the front end of my truck back together and I forgot how something went back together. What I have is a '46 WDX. On the front axle housing are the studs for the third member. The top stud is longer then the others because the T block for the front brake lines fits on it. Question: Does a nut go on first, then the T block, then another nut; Or does the T block go on with only one nut being used? If someone had a good picture they could post would be nice, but any information would be of great help. Thanks, Robert
