The curves in the stamped Series 2 bed rear fenders are fairly subtle; its beyond my level of skill (which isn't high in this area) to reproduce.

If you wanted to make a cylindrical representation, it should be doable. I'd make a buck and use some 5/16" rod to frame, then skin it.

Fiberglas replicas have been available. I don't know the current status.
