Question on tie rods...1/2 ton interchagability?

As most of us with the WC series of 1/2 tons find out, tie rod ends arent easy to come by.

Anybody know if the M37 tie rods or other tie rods for other Dodges fit so as to broaden my search scope?

What is the tie rod # for a Dodge WC 1/2 ton military, and does anyone know a cross reference equavilent to other parts numbers I could search for?

Left and right numbers please?
