meat around here lately but there is a lot more BBQ sauce than their used to be the only sure sign of real Texas style BBQ run down bldg, run down area or it used to be a gas station store .sell by the pound aint much for decoration drinks in a galvanized horse trough, long line lots of cars aint cheap. slap it on waxpaper. with some whitebread their is usually some very well seasoned sauce for those that dont know the difference in spoiled meat and good meat. everybody else is gone area to built up and expensiver to operate in those left are large chains more interested in profit than quality but thei get to stay in buisness acourse there are the lone individual are pair of individuals with their own portable Kitchens wear big hats are built somewhat sturdy, they are not opioniated, dont drink Pearl beer are wear big hats and as far as cooking better than me Norm well we will have to see that sounds like a dare and you know us Texans.
