Data plate speeds don't seem possible w/ 1.93:1

Only 2 of my trucks have original and readable max speed plates. Both the WDX and the B1 show 52 mph in 4th high range and 34 mph in 4th low range. The high range speed seems reasonable, but 34 mph in 4th & low range would require something like 4000 RPM!

I am curious what other people have for data plate speeds.
