Nothing will impact the rally!! It is the tail end of some hurricane or tropical storm hitting us now and thru tomorrow night. UP to 1 1/2 inches of rain called for, and it is doing its best to acomplish that right now. Saturday is supposed to be nice though, and not too bad on sunday. The show must go on. It was COLD and rainy last year, warm and rainy is still an improvement.
